教育神经科学是将神经科学、心理学、教育学整合起来,研究人类教育现象及其一般规律的横跨文理的新兴交叉学科。割裂这三者的关系,将无法把握教育神经科学的内涵,正如英国的保尔斯教授一样。本文主要围绕着三个方面,对教育神经科学的学科建制问题进行深入的探讨:教育神经科学的核心研究问题与总体研究框架、教育神经科学的研究证据在教育中的价值与作用以及教育神经科学在发展过程中所面临的挑战。教育神经科学发展中的核心问题是人脑的可塑性,文化和教育会塑造人脑的神经功能,例如,阅读与数学的习得会产生脑的结构与功能的变化。作为一门新兴学科,教育神经科学的发展还面临着理论、实践与伦理道德方面的挑战。

Educational Neuroscience is an emerging promising trans-discipline integrating neuroscience,psychology and education to study the human educational phenomenon and its general rules.Separating these three fields will make us fail to grasp the connotation of educational neuroscience,just like Bowers in Britain.The dialogue with Daniel Ansari,the president of International Mind,Brain and Education Society,is concerned with three issues:The key research questions and the general framework,the value and function of the evidence of neuroscience in education,and the challenges in the development of educational neuroscience.The core issue in educational neuroscience is the plasticity of human brain.Culture and education shape the neuronal cognition,for example,reading and mathematics acquisition leads to the change of human brain.As an emerging discipline,the development of educational neuroscience is still faced with many challenges from the theory,practice or ethics.
