中高职贯通培养是现代职业教育体系的重要内容,也是拓宽技能人才职业发展通道的重要举措。我国现阶段已形成了多样化的中高职贯通模式,但在实践中还存在贯通培养定位模糊、覆盖范围不一、培养主体功能有限、内容交叉重复脱节、质量保障薄弱等问题。对此,亟须优化中高职贯通培养的路径:坚持把贯通培养定位于培养高技能人才;确保贯通培养专业、学校对接产业发展需求;推动多主体协同参与贯通培养;贯通培养聚焦关键办学能力提升;保障贯通培养质量要强化政府的监管作用。
Abstract:The integrated training of secondary and higher vocational education is an important part of the modern vocational education system, and an important measure to broaden the career development channels for skilled talents. At present, a diversified mode of vocational education integration has taken shape, but in practice, there are still problems such as vague positioning of integration training, inconsistent coverage, limited core functions of training, overlapping and repetitive content, and weak quality assurance. Urgently need to optimize the path of integrated training in secondary and higher vocational education: adhere to the positioning integrated training as cultivating highly skilled talents; ensure the integration of professional training and the alignment of schools with industrial development needs; promote multi-party collaborative participation in integrated training; focus on enhancing key educational capabilities through cultivation; and to ensure the quality of integrated training and strengthen the regulatory role of the government.
