教育强国背景下STEM教育创新发展亟需“中国方案”。中国式STEM教育承载STEM核心理念,系统把握了工程育人、综合育人、实践育人和数智育人的重要内涵,彰显了中国传统和本土特色。立足新课程实践,建议整合人工智能技术,贯穿学校教育全过程,在国家课程中融入相关元素,以STEM地方/校本课程的开发凸显特色,以相关社团活动和校外教育机构拓宽育人空间。通过进一步完善系统设计、补齐师资短板、健全保障机制、建构中国话语,实现中国式STEM教育创新发展的全面推进。
Abstract:In the context of building China into a leading country in education, the innovation and development of STEM education urgently calls for a distinct “Chinese Approach”. This approach embodies the core tenets of STEM while systematically integrating the essential dimensions of engineering education, holistic education, practice-based learning, and digital education, thereby reflecting distinct Chinese traditions and local characteristics. Grounded in the implementation of the new curriculum, it is suggested to integrate artificial intelligence(AI) technologies throughout the entire process of school education; incorporate relevant elements into the national curriculum; highlight local and school-based characteristics through the development of STEM programs; and expand educational opportunities through related club activities and off-campus institutions. By further improving systemic design, addressing the shortage of qualified teachers, strengthening safeguard mechanisms, and constructing a Chinese discourse, we can achieve the comprehensive advancement of innovation and development in Chinese-style STEM education.
