摘要:

"后课改时代",教师的课程理解逐渐成为人们关注的重要视点。文章认为,当下教师的课程理解大抵由积极健全的课程主体自觉、日常课程教学批判创造和"实践理论"构建构成。而培育教师的问题自觉及对教学的自我反思习惯,加强对教师培训者和教师自身转化意识的培养,借助"他者"的声音完善自己的课程教学是教师的课程理解向教学行为转化的可能路向。

Abstract:

It is the key to the effective implementation of curriculum reform in practical that cultivation and concerning about teachers curriculum understanding to the transformation of teaching behavior.Under the new curriculum reform and change the background,teachers curriculum understanding is mainly composed of a positive and a sound curriculum subjects consciously,criticism of the day-to-day teaching creation and " practice theory" build awareness.It is the possible way to promote teachers curriculum understanding to teaching behavior is to cultivate the issue of consciousness of teachers and Self-reflection on teaching and learning habits,train trainers and teachers in the transformation of consciousness and with the sound o " he" to improve their own teaching.
