随着人工智能技术的不断进步,人工智能教育成为未来教育发展的关键领域,对培养创新人才和建设教育强国具有重要意义。近年来,人工智能战略成为德国国家战略的重要组成部分,正在重新塑造德国教育的新样态。德国的人工智能教育经历了从数字化到智能化的战略演进过程,即从对欧盟数字化战略的积极响应到德国人工智能战略的迭代更新。在人工智能教育研究领域,德国实现了从项目支持到成果创新的转化。德国联邦教育与研究部分四期资助了56个单项与联合项目,涵盖五大教学技术和一项专业技术主题领域,产出了一系列具有国际影响力的研究成果。通过对德国人工智能教育未来趋势的判断,可以为我国更好地应对人工智能时代带来的教育新挑战提供启示。
Abstract:With the continuous advancement of artificial intelligence(AI) technology, AI education is emerging as a key field in the development of future education. It plays a vital role in cultivating innovative talents and strengthening national educational capacity. In recent years, AI has become a strategic priority in Germany, reshaping the new paradigm of German education. Germany's AI education has evolved from digitalization to intelligence, that is, from a positive response to the EU's digital strategy to the iterative update of Germany's artificial intelligence strategy. In the field of German AI education research, Germany has shifted from merely supporting projects to fostering innovation. German Federal Ministry of Education and Research has funded 56 individual and joint projects in four phases, covering five major teaching technologies and one professional technology theme areas, producing a series of research results with international influence. Understanding the trajectory of Germany's AI education provides valuable insights for China in addressing the new educational challenges of the AI era.
