当今社会科技进步日新月异,人们的生活、学习、工作方式不断改变,儿童青少年面临的劳动世界发生了深刻变化,义务教育劳动课程富有新使命、迎来新挑战。《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》从劳动课程的国家意志、时代担当出发,注重继承我国劳动课程的积极经验,充分借鉴国际的先进理念,坚持劳动课程的方向性与科学性、规定性与开放性的统一,在九年一体化设计劳动课程、凝练课程要培养的劳动素养、建构素养统领的目标体系、形成以劳动任务群为基本单元的内容结构等方面形成突破。劳动课程标准的实施应当从新时代劳动教育课程落实机制的再落实、创新实践的再创新等方面迎接挑战、实现使命。
Abstract:With the rapid progress of science and technology in today's society, the way people live, study, and work are constantly changing. The world of labor that children and teenagers face is also undergoing profound changes. Therefore, Labor Curriculum for compulsory education has new missions and challenges. From the perspective of the national will and times responsibility, “Labor Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)” pays attention to inheriting the positive experience of China's labor curriculum. It fully draws lessons from international ideas and insists on the unity of direction, science, regulation and openness of Labor Curriculum. It has made breakthroughs in the nine-year integrated design of Labor Curriculum, the cultivation of labor competencies in condensed curriculum, the construction of the goals system aligning with achievement, and the formation of the content structure with labor task groups as the basic unit. Implementing Labor Curriculum Standards should meet the challenge and achieve the mission of re-implementing the curriculum implementation mechanism of labor education in the new era and the re-innovation of innovative practice.
