本研究聚焦于探讨3—5岁儿童动作发展及其与早期认知和学习品质相关关系。以我国3—5岁儿童为对象,采用《亚太地区早期儿童发展量表》,测查儿童动作发展水平。同时,根据《亚太地区早期儿童发展评价工具效度报告》,将我国3—5岁儿童与蒙古、巴布亚新几内亚、东帝汶、瓦努阿图等亚太国家同龄儿童进行比较。研究发现我国和亚太四国儿童动作水平都呈现良好的发展态势,同时也面临挑战;儿童动作与认知、学习品质具有显著相关关系,这支持我们从更大范围内界定儿童粗大动作发展的价值;我国儿童学习类动作发展落后于生活类动作,这提示学前教育界应重视促进3—5岁儿童学习类动作发展的研究;我国幼儿园办学水平与儿童动作产出性质量之间不匹配,这提示优质幼儿园需要加强儿童动作学习的研究和实践。
Abstract:This study focuses on the motor development of 3-to 5-year-old children and its correlation with early cognitive development and children's approaches to learning. Taking 3-to 5-year-old children in China for example, this study adopted the East Asia-Pacific Early Child Development Scales to measure children's level of motor development. In the meantime, based on Report on Technical Support for the Validation, Finalization and Adoption of the East Asia-Pacific Early Child Development Scales, we compared results of 3-to 5-year-old children in China with children of the same age in other Asian countries, such as Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, East Timor and Vanuatu. This study found that motor development of children in China and in other four East Asia-Pacific countries all showed an positive developmental trend, but also faced challenges.The correlation between children's motor development and cognitive development, and approaches to learning, is significant, demonstrating the need to extend the definition of gross motor development.Chinese children's learning action fall behind in terms of self-care action, which indicates that research on promoting children's learning action should be paid more attention in early childhood education. The quality of preschools do not match the output quality of children's motor development, which indicates that preschools of good quality need to carry on more research and practice on children's learning in motor area.
