后现代情境中教师专业角色面对悖论,症结则在于现代主义对教师声音的剥夺,教师只是成为角色面具下的工具,因此彰显教师自我意识的身份认同概念成为主流。但其走向身份认同过程中,权力、文化和社群的力量会制造出"认同假象",背后仍然是对教师自主的宰制。因此要支持教师自主建构专业身份认同,则必然从权力、文化和社群三种空间的赋予入手,特别是通过专业学习社群的建构来实现。
Abstract:In the context of postmodernism,teachers face a paradox among their professional roles.The crux lies in the deprivation of teachers' voice by modernism,and teaches are considered as the tool under a role mask.As a result,the concept of "professional role" has been replaced by "professional identity" for demonstrating the self-consciousness of teachers.However,in the process of moving towards "professional identity" under the perspective of socio-cultural anthropology,an idol of identification,or another version of demonstration on teacher autonomy by role,is made by power,culture and community.So,in order to support teachers to construct the professional identity by themselves,the space should be provided through power,culture,community,and especially,the construction of professional learning community.
