本文首先阐述自我决定理论对于个体自主行为的解释,介绍外部动机的类型及其内化过程,分析基本心理需要与自主行为之间的关系。然后以自我决定理论及其实证研究结果为基础,对新课改背景下学生自主学习能力培养提出了某些教育教学建议。
