留守儿童问题,是我国工业化和城市化进程中难以避免的阵痛,也是当代中国特有的现象和问题。苏中X地区虽地处中东部,但也是农民工的重要输出地,是我国新型城镇化进程中留守儿童问题的一个缩影。本文采用量化和质性相结合的研究方法,对该地区留守儿童进行实证调查,以期"窥一斑而知全豹",由具体到普遍,对留守儿童教育问题进行剖析,分析留守儿童教育支持面临的两难困境与影响因素。从宏观、中观、微观三个层面,阐述了从治标到治本、失调到协调、外在到内在的留守儿童教育支持的基本思路,构建了"政府—学校—家庭—社区—社会—留守儿童"多中心留守儿童教育支持运行模式,为有效解决留守儿童教育问题提供了参考。

The issue of"left-behind"children education,unavoidable labor pains during the process of industrialization and urbanization in China,are also phenomena and issue peculiar to China today. One middle east X area of Jiangsu Province,important source of migrant workers,is an epitome of this issue the issue during the process of urbanization. Regarding to this topic,this paper elaborates both the dilemma of educational support and influencing factors by conducting an empirical investigation based on both quantitative and qualitative analysis,wishing to achieve a goal of jumping to general conclusions based on specific case study. From Macro-Meso ! Micro perspectives,this paper provides a consult to effectively solving this issue by elaboration on basic approaches: getting at the root rather than merely alleviating the symptom,coordination rather than loss of control,from inside rather than from outside,a multi-center model of "government-schoolfamily-community-society-‘left-behind'children"is also constructed.
