教师教育转型研究:“虚拟现场”与教师成长

摘要:

针对传统教师教育中理论与实践脱节的现象,高师课程改革与教师教育转型势在必行。在对传统教师教育问题综合思考的基础上,结合近年的教育实验与改革,我们提出了教师教育新模式:"虚拟现场"。研究表明这一模式能有效促进职前教师理论与实践的结合,并提升教师的实践智慧。
