教师专业知识是影响儿童学习的最重要因素之一,也是优化和改进教学的重要考量指标。本文基于对数学领域教师学科教学知识已有研究的梳理,重点分析了幼儿教师的学前数学学科教学知识(PM-PCK)评估之基本要素、理论基础和现有研究发现,并由此提出PM-PCK评估对改善和优化学前数学的意义以及如何将PM-PCK访谈评估的思路应用于教师培训和教研的若干建议。
Abstract:The professionalism of teacher is one of the most important factors that influence childrens learning, which is also an important indicator on optimizing and improving teaching. Based on the recent researches of mathematics teachers’ pedagogy, this study has focused on analyzing the basic elements, the theoretical foundation and existing studies of Preschool mathematics Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PM-PCK) assessment. The study not only proposes the significance of PM-PCK assessment on improving and optimizing early mathematics teaching, but also put forward several recommendations on the usage of the PM - PCK interview assessment on teachers’ training and teaching-research.
