社会情感能力是影响个人成功和幸福的关键因素。对学生的社会情感能力进行测评有助于分析其能力现状,针对问题进行辅导干预,并基于证据分析育人质量、改进育人实践。然而,社会情感能力的测评存在一定难度,虚拟表现性评价为社会情感能力测评提供了抓手。研究通过探讨虚拟表现性评价的内涵、理论基础及优势,讨论运用虚拟表现性评价测评学生社会情感能力何以可能;通过分析虚拟表现性评价的设计思路及实践案例,讨论运用虚拟表现性评价测评学生社会情感能力何以可行。虚拟表现性评价为学生带来个性化的、接近真实情境的交互式学习体验,其建立在“以证据为中心的设计”思路基础上,在基于评分规则测评学生社会情感能力表现的同时,也为参与测评的学生本人提供指导性反馈或干预,由此实现虚拟教育世界与后续现实世界协同育人的创新模式。
Abstract:Social-emotional competence is a key factor influencing individual success and well-being. Assessing students' social-emotional competence helps analyze their current abilities, provide targeted counseling and interventions, and, based on evidence, analyze educational quality and improve educational practices. However, assessing social-emotional competence poses certain difficulties. Virtual performance-based assessments(VPBAs) provide a solution for evaluating social-emotional competence. This article explores the essence, theoretical foundation, and advantages of VPBAs, discussing how it can be used to assess students' social-emotional competence. By analyzing the design principles and practical cases of VPBAs, this article explores the feasibility of using VPBAs to evaluate students' social-emotional competence. VPBAs offers students a personalized, realistic, interactive learning experience. Built on the principle of “evidence-centered design, ” it establishes grading criteria for assessing students' social-emotional competence and provides instructive feedback or interventions for the students involved in the assessment. Thus, it realizes an innovative model of collaborative education between the virtual educational world and the subsequent real world.
