实践取向教师教育改革的典范——美国“接力教育研究生院”的创立、实践及影响

摘要:

接力教育研究生院是21世纪以来美国新兴的教师培养学院的主要代表之一,也是“无借口”特许学校系统满足自身师资需求的教师培养体系。作为全程临床实践、无大学参与的教师培养新模式,接力教育研究生院在培养机构的理念、管理系统的构建、课程和学习路径的设置方面都展现了很多新思路和新要素。

Abstract:

Relay Graduate School of Education is one of the main representatives of the emerging teacher preparation colleges in the United States since the 21st century; it is also a teacher preparation system of “no excuse” charter schools to meet their own teacher preparation needs. As a new model of teacher preparation with full clinical practice and without participation from universities, Relay GSE demonstrates many new ideas and elements in the concept of training institutions, the construction of management systems, and the setting of curriculum and learning paths.
