考察美国中学历史教学方法与实践,"做历史"是其显著的一个特点。"做历史"(Learning History By Doing History),即通过"做中学"来学习历史。本文通过实例介绍了体验学习、学写小论文、"学做历史学家"等"做历史"的活动方式,分析了其强调培养学生批判性思维能力和学史方法的实质。探讨这些,对于我国当前的历史教育不无启示和借鉴意义。
Abstract：Doing history is an remarkable teaching method in America.This paper introduces the experiencing study,writing historical essay and historical research through the teaching examples.At the same time,it talks about the critical thinking ability and learning methods,which are the feature of doing history.
