价值观教育是学校教育的重要单元,承载着培养学生价值精神、凝聚国家价值共识和引领社会价值走向的本体功能。从历史发展、政策法规和多样文化三个方面探究新西兰学校价值观教育的行动逻辑,有助于厘清其价值取向、价值内核和基本走向。新西兰主要通过依托学科课程丰富学生价值认知、专设辅导员岗位深化学生价值理解、开展户外教育增强学生价值体认和引导教师自觉提升价值观教育效能等实践进路,培育卓越新西兰公民。未来我国学校价值观教育可以构建多主体联动的价值观教育共同体,挖掘学科课程的价值观教育潜能,推进户外教育融入学校价值观教育以及培养卓越的价值观教育师资队伍等,培育适应社会发展的时代新人。
Abstract:Values education is an important unit of school education, carrying the ontological functions of cultivating student' spirit of values, forging national consensus on values, and leading the direction of social values. Exploring the logic of action of values education in New Zealand schools from the perspectives of historical changes, policies and regulations, and diverse cultures will help to clarify its value orientation, value kernel and basic direction. It has cultivated outstanding New Zealand citizens by enriching students' knowledge of values through subject curricula, conducting outdoor education to enhance students' recognition of values, setting up counselor positions to deepen students' understanding of values, and guiding teachers to consciously enhance the effectiveness of values education. China shuould build a value education community with multi-principal linkage, explore the value education potential of subject curricula, promote outdoor education into value education in schools, and cultivate excellent value education teachers to nurture new generations who can adapt to the development of society in the future.
