有鉴于我国当前大学生面临的严峻的就业形势,以及创建适合我国大学生就业指导的理论体系和实践模式研究的紧迫性,试图通过分析和研究美国生涯咨询演变历程,揭示其发展脉络、社会基础和理论建构,并在此基础上审视我国大学生就业指导工作的现实问题,提出了针对目前我国大学生就业指导存在本土化理论缺乏、生涯咨询手段单一、资源整合机制欠完善的问题,应重点开展基于实践的生涯咨询理论研究、生涯咨询专业化建设和网络技术开发等相应的具体措施。
