以善致善:教学道德性论题的儒学启示

摘要:

本文从有效教学研究的片面化倾向分析入手,探讨了教学的有效性与道德性可能存在的悖论,进而通过引入儒学的"以善致善"命题探讨了教学中目的与手段一致性的教育学意义,并将其作为理解教学道德性内涵的重要视角。而真正教学道德性的彰显亦即德性教学的实现,不妨从认清理论立场并克服认识障碍,从科学认知走向"体知",以及体现教师责任的教学方式转变等几方面展开努力。

Abstract:

In this article it discusses the possible paradox between effectiveness and virtue of teaching,which is based on the unilateral trend in research on effective teaching.And then it analyses the pedagogical meaning in the coherence between ends and means on the reference of "YiShanZhiShan"(the pursuit of virtue by moral means),a proposition which is from Confucianism and as important perspective on understanding the essence of virtue of teaching.The real representation of virtue of teachig may as well be achieved by the following ways such as the clearness of theoretical standpoint and overcome of cognitive misinterpretation,the diversion from scientific cognition to "TiZhi"(lived experience),and the transformation of ways of teaching which is manifestation of teachers' teaching responsibility.
