从小热爱劳动:小学生新劳动教育的实践探索

摘要:

为了响应习近平总书记提出的“要教育孩子们从小热爱劳动”的号召,针对先富起来的地区学校普遍存在的“富后不劳”“五育缺劳”“以动代劳”三大问题,本成果从“开心农场”这一劳动教育的载体创新出发,率先提出“新劳动教育”概念。历时12年,本成果逐步明确了以“从小热爱劳动”为宗旨的学校劳动教育新内涵,建成了新劳动教育课程体系,创建了目标清晰、内容丰富、途径鲜明、方式多样的实施模式,整合了劳动教育新资源,形成了学校主导的“学校+农场”“学校+农户”“学校+企业”等劳动教育新共同体,实现了劳动教育的新样态。同时,本成果形成了“价值创新、课程引领、系统实施、区域推进”的改革经验与方法,打造了小学劳动教育的实践样本。

Abstract:

In response to President Xi Jinping's call to “educate children to love labor from childhood, ” this study aims to address three problems in developed regions and schools: “no labor after becoming rich, ” “lack of labor in the well-rounded education, ” and “doing instead of laboring.” This study began with the innovation of the arena for labor education and invented “Happy Farm” together with the concept of “new labor education.” With 12 years' practice, this project explores the meaning of “loving labor from childhood” in school education and develops a curriculum system. Integrating with new resources, this study further develops an implementation model with clear goals, rich content, distinct approaches, and diverse methods. The project led and built communities of “school+farm, ” “school+farmers, ” and “school+enterprise.” These practices create a new norm of labor education in primary schools with its reform experience of “value innovation, curriculum guidance, systematic implementation, and regional promotion.”
