教师成为领导者——美国新教师发展观述评

摘要(Abstract):
"教师成为领导者"是美国二十世纪八十年代兴起的一种新的教师发展观。该观念强调教师在课堂教学、课程设置、学校管理等方面积极参与,充分发挥领导作用;同时要求学校、同事之间相互协作,以保证教师领导能力的发挥。在培养教师领导力方面,建立了学校一社区一大学相结合的培养模式。其中著名的有"明天学校的领导力"计划、"国家写作计划"等。
