教师教育与政府责任——德国政府在教师教育中的主导作用及启示

摘要(Abstract)：
本文重点论述德国政府把教师教育放到优先发展的地位,从教师教育政策立法、教师教育组织管理和教师教育投入等方面发挥政府的主导作用,充分体现了教师教育是国家的事业、政府的责任,并提出对我国教师教育发展的启示。
