“教师声音”之研究及启示

摘要(Abstract):
教师声音的研究诞生于教师发展模式重建和关注教师生活研究的背景下。作为一种隐喻,教师声音诠释了教师的多重意义。不同研究者从各自的研究框架出发。研究了教师声音的多个维度,包括政治意义、性别意义、知识研究等,这些研究既显现了教师意义的共性,又彰显了其多元性和丰富性。教师声音的多维研究,凸现了教师声音研究中的多重研究关系,这些研究关系为教师声音的深入研究提供了丰富的启示。
