美国UTOP课堂教学质量评估系统的探索与反思Reflection of UTOP:A Classroom Observational Assessment Protocol in USA

摘要(Abstract):
有效的课堂评价标准,有助于教师发现教学中的薄弱环节,改进课程结构和教学方式,提升教学质量。本文以美国的课堂教学质量评价系统UTOP(UTeach Observation Protocol)为例,试图探讨建设课堂教学评估工具的必要性。UTOP系统是美国应对数学与科学(STEM)课程教师质量堪优的系列举措中的重要步骤和工具,本文详细介绍了其理论基础、评分标准、评分步骤,并分析了UTOP系统实施效果,探讨了它在教学评估中的优势和局限,以及在我国课堂教育评估中的意义,以期对国内相关研究和实践工作提供参考。
