教师评估素养和情境性认知——一项基于上海中小学英语特级教师的个案研究Contextual Considerations in Teacher Assessment Literacy Development:A Case Study of Expert Teachers of English in Shanghai

摘要(Abstract):
研究表明教师评估素养是教师专业发展的重要组成部分。教师评估素养在具体的情境中形成并与情境产生互动,而很少有研究关注教师评估素养发展中的情境性认知。本文采用个案研究的方法,从教师认知的角度深入探讨了四位英语特级教师的评估素养是如何在国家、学校、个人层面与环境相互影响产生互动的。结果表明,专家型教师通过对外在环境的深入理解和认识,以及个人的反思学习研究,与不同层面的环境形成良性互动,为评估素养的形成和发展创造了有利条件,这对于教师的专业发展有一定的启示意义。
