发展中国家教育发展模式:关注教育平等

摘要(Abstract)：
在教育发展过程中,发展中国家长期以来一直关注教育平等问题。为此,发展中国家从教育立法、教育政策和教育措施三个维度上形成了关注教育平等的教育发展模式。这种发展模式所取得的成就是有目共睹的。
