澳大利亚全国教师专业标准评析

摘要(Abstract):
面对当今社会文化、经济变革所带来的种种挑战,澳大利亚从提高教师质量着手,从制度层面上制定全国教师专业标准。本文通过对澳大利亚全国教师专业标准所涉及的基本理念、专业原则、专业发展阶段以及专业要素进行介绍分析,以期给我国教师专业标准的制定带来一定的启示。
