摘要(Abstract)：

英格兰推行国家课程以来,课程的质量保障机制也随之变革。教育、儿童服务与技能标准办公室与资格和考试监督办公室逐渐发展为保护学习者利益的独立机构,分别从过程和结果环节保障课程实施。具体到过程评估环节,表现为以学校风险评估为起点的诊断与定位,聚焦"教、学、评"的学校现场调研,通过官方网站及时发布评估报告。这一系列做法提高了课程质量保障的针对性和有效性,对我国课程质量保障的价值、运作方式、人员配备等有所启发。
