教育变革:从理性-结构范式到战略-系统范式

摘要(Abstract):
本文首先阐述教育变革实行范式转移的必要性,接着对构成我们现今大多数变革努力之基础的理性-结构范式存在的缺失进行剖析,最后就教育变革所需要的战略-系统范式,从环境和组织、规划和革新、焦点和实施几个方面,揭示其所具有的意涵。
