韩国中小学数字教科书的开发应用及对我国的启示The Development and Application of Digital Textbooks in Korean Primary and Secondary Schools and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要(Abstract):
数字教科书是促进信息时代"课堂革命"的核心资源。2007年以来,韩国教育部对数字教科书进行了整体规划,并按照国家课程方案进行了数字教科书的开发与试点。各阶段数字教科书在开发科目、试用范围、功能特征等方面各有特点,取得了一定成就的同时也存在一些不足。针对这些不足,韩国教育部从教师培训、学生培养、软硬件建设、风险规避等方面进行应对。韩国的这些经验可以为我国数字教科书发展提供参考和借鉴,例如国家有计划地推广数字教科书、加强师生的数字化能力培养、构建数字化的学习环境、重视健康风险的对策研究等,将有助于推动我国数字教科书的健康发展。
