欧盟职业继续教育与培训中的WBL新动向:政策与实践The New Trends on Work-based Learning in CVET in European Union: Policies and Practice

摘要(Abstract)：
职业继续教育与培训是现代职业教育体系建设的重要内容之一。欧盟一直非常重视职业继续教育与培训中的WBL,认为这种学习方式有机整合了知识与行动,实现了知识的转换,从而很大程度上提升了成人学习的有效性与积极性。因此,无论是从政策层面还是创新实践方面,都已经取得了丰富的成果。值得我国关注的有:持续的政策激励与组合式的保障,灵活多样的实施方式与聚焦全技能、健全的经验认证机制、需求导向的定制化终身化服务四个方面。
