现象学视野中的教师发展观

摘要(Abstract):
与自然主义、科学主义的视角不同,现象学主张直接面向教师发展的现场与本身。现象学重视教师发展的历程,即"去存在"的过程,而非发展的预成结构;它关注教师内在的情感体验,即非理性的存在;它高扬教师成长的"共在"性,教师是在"他人"之中成长的。现象学视野为我们提供了新的思考。
