澳大利亚《二十一世纪教师》计划述评

摘要(Abstract)：
2000年澳大利亚政府针对本国教师专业发展问题出台了《二十一世纪教师》计划。该计划的总体目标是提高学校教育的教学质量,具体目标分为四个方面,分别是培养高素质的教师、培养高素质的领导、进行高质量的学校管理和建立质量认证体系。其中培养高素质的教师是此计划的核心,教师专业发展是计划实施的关键步骤。计划实施主要有两项措施:政策支持和资金支持。在对该计划的评价中指出了它的四个特点:时代性、系统性、民主性和学生为本。
