课程实施研究:理论转向与研究焦点

摘要(Abstract):
自上个世纪90年代以来,教育改革研究领域发生了由结构——功能观向文化——个人观进行转变的理论转向。与此转向相匹配,研究者关注教师认同感、效能感、情绪和学校文化的研究。这些理论转向和研究焦点关注教师在课程改革中主观意义建构,不仅对我们进一步研究新课程实施具有一定的理论上的启发意义,而且也启示我们在新课程实施的实践中,要以教师为主体,让教师参与有意义的课程变革,同时也启发我们认识学校文化建设的重要性。
