新高考改革中的教师情绪:基于情绪地理学的叙事研究Teachers' Emotion in the New College Entrance Examination Reform: Narrative Inquiry Based on Emotional Geographies

摘要(Abstract):
教师情绪是教育变革中的关键维度,事关教育变革的阻碍或推进。本文结合情绪地理学采用叙事研究三维空间框架对浙江省新高考改革情境下的高中教师情绪进行探究。研究发现高中教师对新高考改革的消极情绪弥漫于教师的工作和生活中,改革场域内各利益相关者相互不理解的状态普遍存在,由此带来的情绪误解会阻碍改革的持续推进。因此,浙江省未来的高考改革必须重视高中教师的"情绪侧面",为教师提供多方面的情绪支持,以实现教师个人叙事与改革叙事的良性互动。
