谁是教学设计者?——一位专家型化学教师的个案分析

摘要(Abstract):
本文通过对一名专家型化学教师的思想和教学行为的描写,展现了影响教师教学行为的主要因素,分析比较了教师计划教学跟专业教学设计之间的异同,找出了二者之间的差距,说明了教师应是教学设计者,并为专业设计人员研究教师行为及教学设计提出了建议。
