教师参与课程开发:意义与途径

摘要(Abstract):
本文阐述了在试行三级课程管理的条件下,教师参与课程开发的行政-组织层面的意义、专业-技术层面的意义,以及教师在有效实施国家/地方课程和合理开发校本课程中参与的途径和方式等。以期对我国广大教育工作者产生一定的启示作用。
