学生自主学习:教学条件与策略Student's Self-regulated Learning:The Conditions and Strategies of Teaching

摘要(Abstract):
自主学习不仅需要学生自身对其认知、情感、动机、行为和环境等因素进行自我监控与调适,更需要外部环境的创设及学习条件和策略的提供与支持。教师在学生自主学习过程中扮演着至关重要角色,本文一方面引用西方有关自主学习的研究结果和教师可运用的策略,另一方面从下列两点探讨促进自主学习的可能性:一是华人文化社会脉络对学生学习动机方面和教师教学实践的影响;二是小班环境可提供的条件及两岸三地自主学习框架和取向的例子。
