改革与创新—持续发展的必由之路——西敏斯特大学发展历程及启示

摘要(Abstract)：
中国高等教育正处于自身发展的十字路口,借鉴西方成熟的发展模式十分必要。本文通过对英国西敏斯特大学164年发展历程的简单回顾,试图揭示高等院校得以持续发展的必由之路、高校国际化的必然趋势以及与本土化的关系、高等院校办学水平的衡量标准等问题。
