教师关注:沟通教师知识信念与教学行为的桥梁Teacher Noticing: Connecting Teacher Knowledge, Belief, and Behavior

摘要(Abstract):
教师关注被认为是沟通教师知识信念和教学行为的桥梁。作为教师专业发展领域的新兴术语,它在教师教育的研究和实践中正逐渐受到重视。本文围绕什么是教师关注、为什么研究教师关注和如何研究教师关注这三个核心问题,在系统梳理相关文献的基础上,阐述了教师关注的源流、内涵和分类,分析了教师关注的重要性,讨论了研究教师关注的方法,并对其未来研究方向进行了展望。
